Endless possibilities limited only by one’s own
creativity: this is what software development is for me. Taking a problem, breaking it
down, assessing it, finding a solution, and turning the uuuggh into an aha! is a process
that never stops being exciting.
I have wanted to be a professional software developer since I was young. As a 13 year
old in Tel Aviv, I taught myself Basic and Logo programming languages and fell in love
with coding. At 16, I started my own BBS (PCBoard) and taught myself scripting by
decompiling PPL files. I held a technological position in the IDF, worked as a QA team
leader, and bootstrapped my own technological business.
These experiences have helped me develop a 360 degree view of a product. As a software
engineer, I always keep in mind maintanance, readability, documentation, testing, the
target audience, the stakeholders, and even that guy that steps in just to give a hand
when everyone else is busy.
Since 2021 I'm also the co-founder of ART|TECH Nashville. A monthly meetup that collaborate on projects that explore the intersections of art and technology.
I’m excited to share with you my achievements and evolving portfolio.
Join me on my journey. Hold on tight.
